The Virginia Legislative Black Caucus Statement on the Passing of Senator A. Benton Chafin, Jr.

Richmond, VA—The members of the Virginia Legislative Black Caucus (VLBC) are saddened to hear of the loss of State Senator Ben Chafin. He was a well-respected legislator and a tireless advocate for his constituents in Southwest Virginia. He served the Commonwealth for many years and will be dearly missed by many.
